Evochron in other languages

If you've read Arklif's post and my response you know I just spent about an hour using google to translate ER into french.

It'll need a litttle bit more work, since not everything was changed, so I might go through it a bit more carefully at some point in the future.oh, if anyone knows any french feel free to have a look over it, I know nothing of the language............

I've also started work on an Italian translation, this will get more development since I know a little of the langauge, and I'll have help from my wife..

Nothing thats image based has been changed, I suck at graphical stuff so I'm not even going to try. I'll post a list below of any/all files relating to other languages.

I had been hoping to keep all this stuff in one thread, but i might make sense to start up a thread for each one, then it can be in the language in question for those users, since in some case their english might not be good ( or non-existant)

I've started working on Italian, the first translations are available below. I'm going to get my wife to check through it and make suggestions. I've also done a basic translation on the intro, and once shes checked it I'll make up the intro image. My wife has also agreed to be recorded for intro and training voice-overs.

Yes, very nice project.

I want to add something:

Translations make with google.

Original people can correct minor mistakes and post to Verb or correct yourselves. Thus, other languages can be added officially on the page of the game.

Language support is so important.

Our French pilots, Italian pilots, come on, help to Verb.

I'm happy to put in the work to provide basic translations ( using google) for other languages, but it would require others to check through it and make adjustments.

With Italian I'm working my way through it myself, and hope to have a full translation ( including sounds and some graphics ) within the next few weeks....

I'm a french rookie. I just began a french translation from scratch of Evochron Legends. I don't know if Renegades and Legends text files are very different, but just in case, I opened a new thread here.
