Question about solar panels?

If I'm not mistaken they're not actually a 3d model but a plane created by a matrix to allow the 'cleaning' to take place? I'd like to continue forward if they are actually a 3d model however.

I've been busy creating random objects regularly seen in the evochron universe... probably why I haven't been on as much lately

They are plane objects with 'limbs' for each panel. They can either be retextured or if theres a frame you'd want to attach to it, such a concept could be tested as well.

I always wondered what powered a jumpgate. Then again, if it was a solar array, wouldn't the gate be inoperative when the panels were dirty?

Packets NEVER lag on Babylon 5!
It just means it takes a little longer for the coffee maker!
